About Kim

I became a therapist as a result of my own growth and healing in therapy.

I believe in love, in the innate human capacity to heal, that most of healing in therapy comes from feeling safe enough to explore the unknown and let it be seen. And that can take time.

Someone once said being a therapist is not a career you choose, but one that chooses you and I feel that is accurate.

I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2024 with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am supervised by Dr. Kellen Grayson and am in ongoing peer consultations and continuing education.

In my free time I love backpacking in the Sierras, napping next to alpine lakes, reading in the sun, meditation, neighborhood walks, spending time with my teen son and making up songs about our dog and our cat.
