Psychotherapy for Lasting Change
About Kim
I became a therapist as a result of my own experiences in therapy. Healing through relationships is a fundamental part of being human. My hope is to build a safe relationship in which you can explore who you are and who you wish to be in this world. Experiences of trauma and neglect can make it difficult to be present in our lives, to trust ourselves, and to believe that who we really are is good enough.
I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2024, with a masters degree in counseling psychology. I am supervised by Dr. Kellen Grayson and engage in ongoing peer consultation as well as continued education.
In my free time I enjoy backpacking in the Sierras, reading in the sun, meditation and spending time with my beloved son, our dog and our cat.
