About Kim
I became a therapist because of my own growth and change in therapy. One day it became clear to me that I had arrived at the wrong place by doing all the things I thought I was supposed to do. I made a big change and here we are. I am a lifelong student, curious about everything. I am always drawn back to learning about what life is like for people, how different people understand the world and what matters to them. I’ve lived on both coasts and in the middle of the country.
I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2024 with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am supervised by Dr. Kellen Grayson and am in ongoing peer consultations and continuing education.
In my free time I love backpacking in the Sierra Mountains, napping next to alpine lakes, reading in the sun, meditation, spending time with my teen son and making up songs about our dog and our cat.
