Support for Parenting and Co Parenting
Parenting can be one of the most beautiful and most difficult parts of life. I love supporting parents of all formations with issues that come up around parenting. Getting support when you need it means that difficulties can be resolved now, rather than carried into the future.
My training in conflict resolution helps to provide supportive structure so we can resolve the underlying unmet needs and fears that are often working against even the best efforts at parenting in a way that is equitable, and respects that parenting, whether alone or together, can bring up a lot of difficult feelings.
In this very busy time, some parents need help figuring out how to set schedules or align on goals. Teen years can be especially difficult as we watch our sweet children change and turn into someone that’s hard to recognize. Sometimes our own childhood experiences can complicate our ability to be the parents we want to be now.
There is no shame in getting support, and I would love to help.
